thursday

wednesdays workout was all cardio. 2 hours of fighting at class. it was a very good workout

my workout today wasn't what i was hoping for, but i guess they can't all be. i'll get it next time!!!

i did 35 each hand on my gripper then 15 more each. getting closer to that goal.
for my cardio i played 30 min. of baskette ball (for anyone who doesn't think that is a workout has never chased my rebounds=:)
ab bench - 1 set of 40
arm curl - 1 set of 10 @ 90 lbs
arm extention - 1 set of 10 @ 100 lbs
lat pulldown - 1 set of 10 @ 165 lbs
seated row - 1 set of 10 @ 165 lbs
shoulder press - 1 set of 10 @ 110 lbs
incline chest press - 1 set of 15 @ 120 lbs
rear deltoid - 1 set 10 @ 157.5 lbs
pectoral fly - 1 set of 10 @ 172.5 lbs
chest press - 1 set 15 @ 135 lbs
