11 laps in my pool is 1 mile. for my sunday workout i swam 12 laps. it felt good, but wore me out!!!
for my monday workout
cardio - 1/2 mile brisk walk
ab bench - back - 3 sets of 30
ab bench - right side - 2 sets of 20
ab bench - left side - 2 sets of 20
hip abductor - in - 2 sets of 20 @ 200 lbs
hip abductor - out - 2 set of 10 @ 190 lbs
leg extention - 2 sets of 15 @ 210 lbs
seated leg curl - 2 sets of 10 @ 240
seated leg press - 2 sets of 20 @315
low back extention - 2 sets 20
now we'll see what tomarrow holds
